1. Data controller
The data controller is Melvin GOUET, a French sole trader and publisher of Labloop. You can contact him at [email protected].
2. Pilot programme applications
When you apply to the pilot programme, Labloop records the date and time, your professional email, institution, role, next-study timing, expectations and chosen language.
This data is used only to assess your laboratory’s request, contact selected laboratories and operate the pilot programme. Processing is based on your consent. The request is optional and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
3. Retention period
Pilot programme application data is retained for the duration of pilot selection and operation, then deleted no later than 30 days after the pilot programme ends. A deletion request received before then is handled promptly.
4. Recipients and hosting
Requests are stored on Labloop’s OVHcloud hosting in France. They are accessible only to the publisher for assessing pilot programme applications and operating the pilot programme. OVHcloud also delivers emails through its SMTP/PHP services.
The technical delivery log records only a timestamp, the message type and its delivery result. It contains neither email addresses nor message content.
5. Abuse prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish a person from an automated submission. The browser communicates with Cloudflare to obtain a verification token; Labloop submits that token to Cloudflare for validation without adding your IP address or email address.
This processing serves Labloop’s legitimate interest in securing its form. Cloudflare may process technical data under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, use its safeguards for international transfers.
6. Language preference
The website stores your language preference in the browser’s local storage under the key “labloop-language”. This data remains on your device and is used only to display the expected French or English version. You can remove it through your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. Proof of identity may be requested where necessary to protect your data.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
8. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated before the platform opens to describe its own processing. The date at the top of the page identifies the applicable version.
